Why We need Your Information & How We Use It

We may need your information in order to contractually deliver a service to you. For instance a telephone number may be needed for us to call and deliver our session. Your email address allows us to communicate with you regarding appointment times as well as providing a means to support you if that is a part of the service you have purchased from us. Of course we need your name! You are a person and we will address you as such!

If you are a member of our fabulous Planet Peacock Business Success Club, then we will use your contact information to advise when new material is added to the resource library, or when there may be webinars, group calls, or anything else we do not want you to miss.

We will also have to use your details for any membership admin – such as joining instructions and payment reminders etc.

If you are not yet a valued client then your contact information also allows us to communicate with you regarding the services you may be interested in. If you have requested one of our valuable freebies then we know we have more information that may be of benefit to you too.

We may send you details that help demonstrate how our service meets your needs so you are better able to make a decision regarding the suitability of our services. We may also make you aware of any offers we make available. This is because we want to be able to offer you the best value at all times and we do not want you to miss out. Our communication will often include hints and tips which we think you will benefit from – both in your business and your life generally.

However, we do not want to be a source of pain to you. We only ever want to offer you great value and great service and in some way make your life better. If we somehow do become a source of pain to you, then rest assured, you can easily unsubscribe from receiving any further communication from a link on the bottom of every email we send out.

By collecting this data we can review the information we provide and ensure it is what you want. We look at what content is popular and what content has limited interest.

From time to time, we may use this date to re-market to you. If you have reviewed our services on our website, then we do not want you to forget us too soon. We may therefore set up advertisements that pop up when you are on the internet. We know how frustrating it can be, to find what you are looking for, but then forget where it was, when you are in a position to sign up and actually make your purchase.
